Group Bookings
Groups of 10+. Band A reduced to £75 and Band B to £50. Valid Tuesday to Thursday evenings and Friday matinees from 4th March to 23rd May 2025. Full price group bookings also available for weekend and peak performances. Accelerator rate for for advance group bookings as well as Education rates also available.

These shadow seats can’t be found on the main booking page. They exist in another dimension, and the only way to secure them is when the portal opens up via the weekly lottery in the TodayTix App.

Tickets
Tickets are now on sale for the production. Simply click the BOOK NOW button to book your tickets online through ATG Tickets.
You are able to purchase your ticket through the usual debit/credit card methods as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. You can also redeem ATG Gift Vouchers and Theatre Tokens. If you are redeeming Theatre Tokens, click here for more details.

We advise all our priority customers to access the booking system via the link that will be sent over email to them. We always recommend customers do not purchase tickets through third party vendors.
All tickets will be emailed to the email address that you register during the booking process. Tickets will be sent to you 48 hours prior to the performance and not before.
Tickets are available for group purchase via Groupline. You are able to view these exclusive group rates and book through on the Groupline website.
There are no family group prices for the show. Tickets are only available individually.
Yes, in order to ensure everyone has fair access to tickets, you can purchase a maximum of 6 tickets.

Accessibility
The Phoenix Theatre accessible entrance is at the side of the building on Flitcroft Street. This gives step-free access from street level to Row A of the Dress Circle (high numbers side), Box C and the accessible toilet. There is no on-site parking available. Phoenix Street, in front of the Main Entrance, is suitable for drop-off and taxis can be hailed from Charing Cross Road.

When you visit the seat map you will find the available accessible seats for each performance and essential companion tickets where applicable. We also have a helpful guide to booking accessible seats online.
To book accessible seats by phone please call the ATG Tickets Accessibility line on 033 009 5399. The ATG Tickets Team are available from 9am to 8pm Monday to Sunday; Bank holidays may vary.
You can also book by phone on 0800 912 6971 or in person at the Box Office at the Phoenix Theatre located on Phoenix Street, just inside the Phoenix Theatre Main Entrance, on the left-hand side of the foyer.
