Netflix and Sonia Friedman Productions are excited to announce that ticket holders for Stranger Things: The First Shadow who are not currently Netflix subscribers, will be gifted a 30-day Netflix subscription for ticket purchases up until 30 September 2024. The offer is valid for one 30-day subscription to Netflix’s Standard Plan per ticket order, purchased by Monday, 30 September 2024. This offer is only redeemable for new Netflix members in the U.S. and U.K. 

Group Bookings

Groups of 10+. Band A & B reduced to £55 valid Tuesday to Thursday evenings, and £49.50 on Friday matinees through to 23rd May 2025. Full price group bookings also available for weekend and peak performances. Accelerator rate for advance group bookings as well as Education rates also available.

Creative Learning Ticket Scheme

Netflix, Sonia Friedman Productions, and the UK’s leading theatre company ATG Entertainment, have announced the launch of a new access ticket scheme, creating opportunities for young people to see Stranger Things: The First Shadow for £20. The scheme for schools, youth organisations, youth services, alternative education provisions and community organisations will provide access for those who would otherwise not be able to watch the production. The scheme offers 2,000 tickets at £20 across selected dates in the run, where groups can sign up and register their interest across a number of performances, with dedicated support by ATG Entertainments West End Creative Learning team.

Tickets

Tickets are now on sale for the production. Simply click the BOOK NOW button to book your tickets online through ATG Tickets. 

You are able to purchase your ticket through the usual debit/credit card methods as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay and PayPal. You can also redeem ATG Gift Vouchers and Theatre Tokens. If you are redeeming Theatre Tokens, click here for more details.

All tickets will be emailed to the email address that you register during the booking process. Tickets will be sent to you 48 hours prior to the performance and not before. 

Tickets are available for group purchase via Groupline. Group rates are available for Groups of 10+

Accessibility

The Phoenix Theatre accessible entrance is at the side of the building on Flitcroft Street. This gives step-free access from street level to Row A of the Dress Circle (high numbers side), Box C and the accessible toilet. There is no on-site parking available. Phoenix Street, in front of the Main Entrance, is suitable for drop-off and taxis can be hailed from Charing Cross Road.
